About Me

I'm a Business Analytics graduate — most people just call me Tab.

My path here started with four years at Amazon, working in a fast-paced operations environment where I handled everything from daily escalations to root-cause analysis. That experience taught me how I like to solve problems: understand the workflow, find the bottleneck, clean up the process, and let the data guide the decisions.

These days, I work with AI-assisted analytics, SQL, dashboards, and workflow automation to turn messy operational data into something teams can actually use. My most recent project is a healthcare billing automation and revenue-cycle analytics platform for practice workflows covering claims tracking, denial analysis, payer trends, and reconciliation gaps.

Along the way, I've also mentored 200+ people around the world, which taught me how to explain complex ideas simply, a skill that turns out to matter just as much as the technical work.

I'm looking for analytics, operations, and automation roles where I can use data, AI tools, and process improvement to make workflows faster, cleaner, and more effective.

Built an end-to-end billing automation and revenue-cycle analytics platform for cardiology workflows, combining OCR-driven encounter processing, claims tracking, denial analysis, payer trend monitoring, and reconciliation-gap detection to reduce manual review, surface revenue leakage, and speed up billing decisions.
