I'm a Business Analytics graduate who connects analytics, operations, technical support, and automation to solve real workflow problems. I work comfortably across SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to turn messy operational data into reporting that drives decisions, and I've spent four years in front-line technical operations where process discipline and root-cause analysis directly affected service quality.
